Based at our Bognor Regis site we have recently invested heavily in 3 new lathes to commence a TURNED PARTS offering.

The current CNC turning centres have a material diameter range from 1.0mm to 42.00mm.
One of the turning centres is a sliding head seven axis machine with capability to mill, slot, drill to pre-programmed requirements.
Magazine loading of stock materials enables continuous production for volume manufactured components.
WE ARE NOW MANUFACTURING THE FOLLOWING;
Plain and threaded pot seals from 0.5mm to 6.00mm.
A full range of compression fittings in parallel and tapered thread.
Locknuts, Plugs, Nipples and Reducers
Flanges and Thermopockets
Bayonet caps and matching range of adaptors.
Flexi-tips, pipesensors, hex adaptors, hex plugs, melt bolt tips, ferrules, sensor crimp and braze adaptors for connectors.
